Burleigh Pavilion on the Gold Coast is seeking a proactive Pavilion Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations.
You will oversee Hosts, Food Runners and service flow, ensuring a consistently high standard of guest experience while collaborating with the Venue Manager and Head Chef.You will manage rostering, wages and menu coordination, drive team performance, coach staff and conduct pre-service briefings to set the tone for the day.
