TSF Mining Superintendent - FIFO 8/6 Roster Location: Karratha Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off - 12-hour shifts Employment Type: Contract - Project is for 2 Years Rate: $***** PH + Superannuation paid for all hours workedWe are currently seeking an experienced TSF (Tailings Storage Facility) Mining Superintendent to join our client's operational team on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for leading and coordinating all TSF construction and operations, ensuring compliance with design, safety and environmental requirements.
This is an excellent chance for a hands‐on leader with proven experience in tailings or large-scale civil earthworks.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing daily TSF operations including dam construction, embankment raises, and water management.Oversee QA/QC compliance, scheduling and resource allocation.Work with engineers, consultants and client representatives.Skills & Experience5+ years in a supervisor or Superintendent role within TSF or civil mining.Strong leadership,



planning and communication skills.Sound understanding of dam construction, QA/QC and geotechnical principles.Relevant qualifications in Civil or Mining Engineering (preferred).
