Reporting to the management team, you will plan, create and publish engaging digital content across our social media and digital platforms to promote our events, festivals and tours, grow our audiences, build brand awareness and drive ticket sales.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and online searchability for Tang Events' festivals, tours and eventsCreate engaging, relevant and timely text, photo and video content to market the company and its events, and drive consumer engagementCreate, schedule and publish marketing content to social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Rednote) and Facebook) and the company websiteManage, schedule and monitor multiple social media accounts, including release timing and updates to marketing contentPlan content calendars aligned with event announcements, on-sale dates and broader marketing campaignsMonitor and analyse social media and website performance metrics to track engagement and refine content strategyAnalyse data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms,
