Alongside delivering critical planning, forecasting and reporting outcomes, you'll redesign how the function works through intelligent automation, advanced analytics, contemporary performance management and AI-enabled decision support.Why this role is differentThis isn't a traditional FP&A; role.You'll work across:Enterprise performance, strategic value creation and decisive actionDynamic planning, forecasting and forward-looking performance managementSophisticated financial modelling, scenario analysis and decision supportIntelligent automation, advanced analytics and AI-enabled planning capabilitiesCompelling Executive and Board performance narrativesWhat You'll DoLead and continually reinvent budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial modelling.Partner with senior leaders to embed insight-led challenge and strengthen strategic and commercial decision‐making.Deliver forward‐looking performance insights, dynamic scenario modelling and decision‐ready business case analysis.Shape clear, compelling and decision‐relevant Executive and Board reporting.Lead and elevate FP&A; business partnering, building a high‐performing and commercially influential team.Redesign planning, forecasting and reporting processes,



systems and data for greater speed, scalability, control and predictive value.Build an AI‐enabled FP&A; capability using intelligent workflows, automation and advanced analytics to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight.Help define and deliver the future‐state Performance & Insights operating capability.What You'll BringDeep FP&A;, commercial finance, strategy or performance management experience, with a record of leading meaningful improvement.Strong financial modelling, integrated planning and forecasting capability, including the ability to translate complex data into practical action.Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders, combining trusted relationships with constructive, insight‐led challenge.CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.Strong commercial acumen and a passion for turning financial and operational data into forward‐looking, decision‐ready insights.A transformation mindset and practical experience or strong interest in automation, advanced analytics, modern planning platforms and AI‐enabled decision support.Why PetSurePetSure is Australia's leading pet insurance administrator, helping create a world that is better for pets and their people.We're investing in new capabilities, modern technology and new ways of working.
