Two venues in the Canberra region, Queanbeyan & Belconnen, & we're opening our third on the Ulladulla waterfront in late October.
Contemporary Mexican, & our tacos are made in a way you won't find anywhere else.We're looking for a head chef to own that kitchen.THE SEAFOOD BITWe're on the water & we want to use it.
A big part of this role is building a seasonal seafood taco special menu with local suppliers - working out what's running, what's good, & what we can do with it.
Our core menu is locked & consistent across all three venues.
The specials board is yours.THE ROSTER IS THE POINTWe trade Thursday to Sunday, lunch & dinner.
Wednesday is a prep day with no customers.
That's it.
Three days off, every single week.This is a company-wide decision, not an Ulladulla thing.
All three venues run this way.
Hospitality chews good people up & spits them out, & we'd rather our team had a life outside work & were still here in five years.
Longevity over burnout, for you & for us.Everyone works Wednesdays until late November while we learn the recipes together, so five day weeks to start.




We're open seven days from Boxing Day to the end of January for the holiday peak, with extra staff on.
