With continued growth and a robust focus on safety leadership, we are seeking anHR Operations Coordinatorto join our HR Team and play a key role in delivering scalable, high-quality HR operations across corporate and project environments.About this roleReporting to the HR Operations Manager, the HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of core HR operational processesacross the employee lifecycle.This role acts as the central coordination point between HR, Payroll, and Project teams, ensuring seamless onboarding, mobilisation, payroll coordination, and workforce compliance across multiple projects.The role works across both head office and project environments and requires the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, project-based business.Where project-based HR & Site Administration support is not in place, the Coordinator will assume direct responsibility for HR administration deliveryfor those projects.The role is primarily Brisbane‐based and requires a willingness to travel to project sitesto provide short-term operational support, develop practical site exposure, and build hands‐on project experience.
This may include FIFO or DIDO arrangements, when required.Key responsibilitiesAs an HR Operations Coordinator, you will:Coordinate and oversee end-to-end HR operational processes across recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation, and offboardingEnsure workforce readiness, including compliance, documentation, and system accuracy prior to mobilisationAct as the primary coordination pointbetween HR,



Payroll and Project teamsOwn the delivery and integrity of HR data across HRIS and payroll systemsCoordinate payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external providersWork in partnership with HR & Site Administration Officers (Projects)to ensure consistent and compliant HR delivery across sitesSupport mobilisation planning, workforce tracking, and project readiness requirementsPrepare HR operational reporting, including workforce movements, compliance, and metricsIdentify and resolve workflow issues, delays, and operational risksDrive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems, and workflowsProvide support to Project Managers on HR processesProvide short-term operational support to project teams when required (including potential travel to site)Experience and qualificationsCertificate IV or higher in Business Administration or Human ResourcesExperience in HR operations, coordination, or a similar roleExposure to payroll coordination and HR systemsStrong understanding of HR administrative processes and employee lifecycleBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or Human ResourcesExperience working in construction, infrastructure, or project-based environmentsExperience supporting multi-site or FIFO/DIDO workforcesTypically, this role suits candidates with around 3 + years' experiencein a HR Operations and administration within construction, infrastructure or a corporate/project‐based environment who are keen to build further project exposure.Skills and behavioursStrong coordination and stakeholder management capabilityHigh level of organisation and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a changing, fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and process improvement mindsetProfessional, proactive, and accountable approachStrong communication skills across corporate and site teamsOpportunity to work with an established infrastructure contractor within the VINCI GroupExposure to large-scale infrastructure projects across AustraliaA role that combines corporate HR and project operationsStrong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellenceSupportive team environment with opportunities for development and growth
