This is an prospect for a commercially sharp, people-first retail leader who loves developing Store Managers, driving performance and creating consistently exceptional store experiences.You'll be responsible for:Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers to build high-performing, accountable teamsDriving sales, profitability, productivity and customer experience across your portfolioAnalysing commercial, operational and customer metrics to identify opportunities and create clear action plansConducting regular store visits, leadership conversations and business reviewsSupporting workforce planning, labour management and effective rostering across the portfolioBuilding leadership capability and identifying high-potential talent for future successionYou'll ideally bring:Experience leading multiple retail locations, a cluster of stores or a significant high-volume retail operationStrong commercial acumen with confidence interpreting sales, wage, productivity and performance dataA genuine passion for coaching,
