In this role, you will be responsible for organising and coordinating multiple aspects within production.
The Production Associate will work with the Production Supervisor and Lead Technicians to solve bottlenecks, ensure the priority of materials is clear, documentation is current, issues are communicated with multiple stakeholders and more!
If you are a detail-oriented self starter who loves to deconflict issues while supporting a production team in a fast paced startup environment, then this role is for you.WHAT YOU'LL DOMonitor, track, and move parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next production locationCoordinate physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, and production work centresEnsure parts are handled and protected properly and within Anduril specificationsWork with the planning, procurement, engineering,



warehouse and production teams to ensure MRP/ ERP data is and remains clean and accurateAssist with resolution of incorrect system data which is driving inaccurate reportsDevelop and maintain reports to highlight needs and constraints as required for internal useCommunicate blockers and assist in root cause piece part shortages in the factorySupport logistics process through innovative staging of workflow as requiredSupport management of material certifications as required; prevent use of un-certified and MRB materialsWork with production supervisors and managers to ensure all metrics driven action requirements are completedSupport production and inventory personnel with "return to stock" and inventory purge actionsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of experience handling parts in a manufacturing, warehouse environment2+ years as a production coordinator, warehouse associate using digital planning systemsStrong attention to detail and good communication skillsExperience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent systems) or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling.Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of Microsoft Office productsExcited by working in a rapid-paced environmentPREFERRED EXPERIENCEForklift experience and licenseExperience working in the defense/aerospace industryFamiliarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch trackingExperience packaging and handling hazardous shipmentsExcellent customer service skillsAble to adapt in fast-paced environmentsAbility to flex as work shifts can be subject to change depending on the business needAbility to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectivelyThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
