Job Description

Master Instruments Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and commercially focused Technical Sales Representative to join the Sydney team. This is a full-time permanent position based in Milperra, Sydney NSW.

Key responsibilities

n

Develop and maintain solid relationships with industrial, commercial, government and corporate clients.

n

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial, commercial and government sectors.

n

Conduct customer meetings and site visits to assess technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

n

Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders and product recommendations.

n

Provide technical advice regarding batteries, portable power systems, DC power products and related technologies.

n

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth prospects.

n

Manage key customer accounts and support ongoing business development initiatives.

n

Liaise with engineering, operations and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

n

Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving business growth targets.

n

Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM and ERP systems.





n

About you

n

Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.

n

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in technical sales, business development or account management within a B2B setting.

n

Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

n

Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

n

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

n

Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.

n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

n

Experience within the industrial, electrical, electronics, energy storage, battery or power solutions sectors (desirable).

n

Experience preparing technical quotations, tenders and proposals (desirable).
