Warehouse Coordinator – 12 Week Maximum Term Contract (4 positions)

The Role

n

We're looking for 4 Warehouse Coordinators to join our Eagle Farm Distribution Centre on a 12 week fixed term contract, processing stock returned from our stores as part of our seasonal range cycle.

n

This is a structured, high-volume processing role. You'll follow set procedures with precision, doing the same core tasks accurately and consistently for the full length of the contract.

n

It suits someone with a processing or fulfilment background who takes pride in getting the details right, shift after shift.

n

Hours are available between 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do

n

n
Process returned stock accurately and in line with set procedures and KPIs.
n
Sort, check and put away stock to the correct location.
n
Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined, repeatable stock handling.
n
Follow operational processes precisely, including timesheets and shift requirements.




n
Work consistently as part of a team held to a high standard.
n
Complete all required e-learnings and communications promptly.
n

Who You Are

Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work and don't lose focus on the details.
n
Reliable and punctual, with the consistency to see a fixed term contract through to the end.
n
Ideally you will have experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or stock processing workplace.
n
Accountable without being asked, and a positive presence on the floor.
n
Steady under pressure, even when the pace picks up.
