Etheridge Ford is seeking a personable Saturday Receptionist to join our team in our Ringwood, Victoria location. As the first point of contact for our customers, this part time role is critical in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member
Managing the front desk and reception area to maintain an organised and tidy workspace
Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and general office duties
Assisting with the coordination of schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as required

About you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Solid organisational abilities and attention to detail




Proficiency in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office applications
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
