You'll manage the full client lifecycle,



providing proactive advice and ensuring clients receive a high level of service.Key Responsibilities:Manage and service an established domestic insurance portfolioBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsManage renewals, endorsements, cancellations and policy adjustmentsHandle day-to-day client enquiries and provide tailored solutionsReview client requirements and identify appropriate coverage opportunitiesLiaise with insurers and underwriting partnersMaintain accurate policy documentation and recordsDeliver a consistently high standard of client serviceYou'll ideally have:Previous experience managing a domestic insurance portfolioStrong knowledge of personal lines insuranceExposure to Prestige Motor & Home, Caravan, Farm, Boats, Landlords or Strata highly regardedExcellent communication and relationship management skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilityThe confidence to manage a high-volume portfolio independentlyStrong technology skills and the ability to learn new systems quicklyExperience with WinBEAT and OfficeTech would be advantageous, however training will be provided.
What's essential is that you're comfortable with technology, adaptable, and able to pick up new systems within a reasonable timeframe.
