Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 + superannuation, depending on experienceCafe Dolcetto, a busy and well-established café in Yass, NSW, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant/Café Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is confident leading a team, passionate about hospitality, and able to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the café.
About the RoleAs our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing and leading our café teamEnsuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphereStaff scheduling, training and day-to-day people managementMaintaining high standards of food, coffee and serviceManaging daily café operationsStock control and orderingHelping maintain workplace health,



safety and hygiene standardsWorking closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teamsSupporting the business with achieving operational and financial targetsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in café or restaurant managementStrong people management and leadership skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsThe ability to work confidently in a busy hospitality environmentStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsA hands-on approach and positive attitudeThe ability to lead by example and motivate a teamSkills That Will Give You an AdvantageBarista skills and specialty coffee experience will be highly regarded.Kitchen and cooking experience will also be a solid advantage.Salary $65,000 – $85,000 + superannuation per year, depending on experience, skills and suitability for the role.Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate, subject to the candidate meeting the relevant requirements and the business being able to sponsor under the Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 494).
