Our experienced, committed, and motivated team has demonstrated its capability over many years in delivering reliable, high quality longwall equipment and system solutions.The OpportunityNEPEAN Longwall® has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor with Longwall experience to establish and build the Electrical Department at our Kurri Kurri workshop.This role will lead the development of systems, standards, and capability while overseeing the inspection, repair, overhaul, and commissioning of electrical fit outs across small and large project overhauls, providing ongoing support to internal and external customers.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret electrical schematics, drawings, and scopes of workCarry out control and power wiring of electrical equipmentFault finding and functional testing of electrical systems and equipmentAS**** level overhaul of intrinsically safe control equipmentEnsure high quality workmanship delivered on time and within budgetMaintain calibration of electrical test equipmentEnsure all tools, equipment, and machinery are kept in secure working orderManage document control and progress reportingLiaise with the Projects team to set priorities and meet key deadlinesLead, manage, and mentor electricians, trades assistants, and apprenticesMaintain and manage compliance with AS**** standardsCoordinate handovers with other departments and deliver pre-start presentationsProvide mentoring and support to apprenticesPeople management, performance,
