Our focus is simple – quality ingredients, generous meals, consistent standards and the classic pub favourites our customers keep coming back for.About the RoleThis is a hands‐on position for a chef who enjoys being part of a busy kitchen and takes pride in putting up consistently great food.You'll work alongside our kitchen and management team across lunch and dinner services, helping us maintain the quality and reputation the Woodford Hotel is known for.Your role will include:Preparing and cooking quality pub mealsWorking across all sections of the kitchenMaintaining consistency, presentation and portion controlAssisting with prep and serviceFollowing food safety, hygiene and kitchen proceduresHelping manage stock,



rotation and wastageWorking as part of a positive and reliable kitchen teamContributing ideas for specials and menu developmentAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Has experience working as a chef, ideally in a pub or busy casual dining venueUnderstands valuable, honest pub foodCan handle a busy service while maintaining qualityIs reliable, organised and works well within a teamTakes pride in their food and their kitchenHas a positive attitude and is happy to get stuck inHolds relevant cookery qualifications or equivalent experienceWhy Join the Woodford Hotel?
