Job Description
BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care invites applications for a Refresh Retreat Program Facilitator in Sydney.
You will deliver dementia respite retreats, working with participants, their carers and staff to ensure meaningful, secure experiences.
You will assess needs, coordinate logistics, and lead retreat teams while facilitating education and wellbeing sessions.
Availability for 3–day retreats, evenings and weekends is required.
