Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experiencedSecurity Operations Managerto oversee their Mobile Patrols division.
About the Role
This is a hands‐on management position responsible for the performance and delivery ofMobile Patrol operations across Melbourne.
You will oversee patrol officers, rostering, fleet and service delivery while managing key client relationships and driving operational efficiency.
$110k - $130k + Super (negotiable on experience)

Duties
Lead patrol officers, rostering and deployment
Oversee fleet, alarm response and service delivery
Manage client relationships and escalations
Monitor KPIs, labour utilisation and operational performance
Maintain compliance and service standards
Skills & Experience
Commercial security operations experience
Experience withTrackTik or similar patrol management systems
Strong rostering and workforce management experience
Solid client and team management skills
Commercially minded with a focus on operational performance
