Willow Recruitment client in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to lead safety across a growing commercial construction portfolio.
You will be in office with project teams, delivering practical guidance and proactive safety culture rather than mere compliance.
Reporting to project managers, you will implement WHS systems, conduct site inspections and toolbox talks, and drive continuous improvement across groundworks, structures and formwork in Toowoomba and regional Queensland.
