The café serves breakfast through dinner with a garden-to-table focus and a family-friendly atmosphere.
Responsibilities include menu planning, cost control, quality assurance, and leading kitchen staff.
The candidate should hold AQF IV in Commercial Cookery and have at least 2 years in a large kitchen with Australian cuisine experience.
