This role plays a key part in coordinating day-to-day service operations, supporting field technicians, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and timely communication.About the RoleThe Service Coordinator will work closely with our Service Technicians, Supervisors, and Management team to schedule, allocate, and oversee service jobs from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, can multi-task, and has strong organisational and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule daily service jobs and allocate technicians accordinglyManage incoming service requests and ensure timely response to customer needsPrepare and issue job orders, service documentation,
