Key responsibilities
Erect, alter and dismantle scaffold on commercial and high-rise projects to drawings and AS/NZS **** and ****
Complete pre-start checks, handover certificates and scaffold inspection tags
Load, unload and stage materials safely on site
Work as part of a crew under a leading hand, and step up to run small jobs when required
Keep work areas clean, secure and compliant with site safety requirements
About you
High Risk Work Licence – Scaffolding (Basic SB Intermediate SI or Advanced SA)
White Card (General Construction Induction)




Minimum 2 years commercial scaffolding experience
On site, on time, every day – reliability is non-negotiable
Safety-first mindset with zero tolerance for shortcuts at height
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual work in all weather
Positive communication with supervisors, builders and other trades
Takes pride in a tidy, well-built scaffold
Current drivers Licence (nice to have)
Advanced scaffold ticket, EWP ticket, MR/HR licence, Forklift licence (nice to have)
