West Pacific Group is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team.

Overview of your role/ job descriptions:

n

Junior Project Manager:

n

You'll play a key role in leading civil projects from start to finish, managing subcontractors and using internal labour crews throughout projects along running separate projects for our internal labour crews.

n

Day to day duties include but not limited to:

n

n
Oversee contracts, technical specifications, and compliance requirements for each project.
n
Manage stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, councils, and regulatory authorities.
n
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, purchase orders, and contract variations.
n
Participate in tender reviews alongside our estimator, with the expectation to then lead into producing small quotations.
n
Conduct project reviews to identify improvements for future projects, based on both budget and program deliverables.
n
Foster strong client relationships,



ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
n
Ensure all Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are documented and implemented.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry.
n
Robust client management capabilities.
n
Robust general business acumen including driving business growth and maintaining our strong reputation of providing a first-class service.
n
Proactive and results driven attributes.
n
The ability to problem solve and support clients when issues are escalated.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build long-term client relationships and to support the team located in your depot.
n
The ability to work autonomously or in a team, depending on business requirements.
n
A high level of self-motivation and initiative.
n
Australian residency with full working rights.
