We are looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our busy automotive workshop in Southport.

n

This is a sales-focused role - not a traditional reception or administration position.

n

You will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries, identifying what the customer needs, recommending suitable products and services, providing quotes and converting enquiries into sales and bookings.

n

You will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection, including phone and counter enquiries, quoting, bookings, ordering tyres and parts, invoicing and taking payment.

n

We are looking for someone who is confident talking to customers, has robust automotive knowledge.

n

You will need to be comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace, managing multiple priorities and using your own initiative without needing constant direction.

About you

Honest and reliable work ethic

Previous sales experience is highly desirable
n
Automotive experience is an advantage, but not essential
n
Comfortable discussing products and pricing

Able to think on your feet

Able to communicate with customers

Work well in a team

Can apply common sense to tasks

Has leadership skills
