Allmen Industrial Services are currently seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator and Telehandler operator to join our team at a busy Resource Recovery Centre based in Dubbo.
This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive team setting within a quick-paced waste and recycling operation.
About the Role
Working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include:
Operating a range of mobile plant equipmentLoading trucks and managing site traffic flowStockpiling materials and wasteGeneral site clean-up and housekeepingOperating fixed plant machinery including crushers and compactorsManual tasks as required
This role is Monday to Friday, with 8+ hour day shifts, and occasional weekend work as required.
About You




To be successful in this role, you will have:
RII / VOC – Front End Loader (preferred)Proven experience operating loaders, dozers, forklifts, and bobcats (highly regarded)Previous experience in the waste or resource recovery industry (desirable)Solid mechanical aptitudeAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and police check
