Operations Coordinator required for busy office in ArundelReporting to the Operations Manager this role involves -Scheduling of recent and existing service work ordersAllocation of work to techniciansReceiving phone requests from clients and booking in work orders with customersLiaise with technicians, contractors, clients and suppliersFollow up on outstanding work ordersData entry and reportingSupport the Operations Manageron day to issues.This role is 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
