community clients and aged care residents.KEY SELECTION CRITERIAEssential:Tertiary qualification in Podiatry eligible for registration with Podiatry Board/AHPRA.Appropriate skills/experience as a base grade practicing clinician.Ability to work independently and to manage clinical load and time effectively.Possess effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work in a rural setting.Desirable:Understand living and working in rural community.Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team.Competence in using computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other databases such as iCare, OPAL and Uniti.
Experience utilising the My Aged Care portal is also desirable.PRE-REQUISITESNDIS Worker Screening Clearance.Working with Children Check.Fully vaccinated (including influenza) as per current Department of Health Directives.Australian Driver's Licence.KEY RESPONSBILITIESEffectively manage a Podiatry caseload across acute, aged care and community settings.Actively contribute as a team member to the effective operation of the Podiatry Department, including attendance at regular team meetings.Work effectively and collaboratively within the broader WWHS and Community Health Team context.Establish and maintain positive relationships with external agencies and strategic partners in relation to effective delivery of Podiatry services and community development across the Wimmera.APPLICATIONS CLOSE 16 OCTOBER ****
