information technology and other corporate processes and functionsutilise effective communication skills and problem-solving skills to communicate and address any problems that may arise to resolve issuessupport the Executive Legal Secretary to identify opportunities to adapt and change work processes and assist with the development of guidelines or effective methods to achieve consistently high secretarial and administrative standards within the teamreceive client feedback and address and implement service improvement activitiesassist with the recruitment, employment, training and induction of recent secretarial support staffassist with the induction of new staff within the legal team, including the coordination of information technology, telecommuting needs, telephone requirements and personnel requirementsmodel client service standards and Crown Law's valuesundertake other duties as required relating to the requirements of the operational areawork collaboratively with the Practice Management Branch personnel regarding team and whole of practice issuesmaintain a proactive approach to self-developmentwork across various teams and branches in Crown Law.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Closing Date: Monday, 28th September ****
