Chandler Macleodis seeking experienced Chefs to join a dynamic team within a large catering facility in Tullamarine.Our client is a leading food manufacturer, producing meals to many of the worlds' major Airlines.In this role, you will be responsible for producing high‐volume, in‐flight meals for airline passengers while maintaining consistent quality standards in a fast‐paced commercial kitchen.This is a casual position offering full‐time hours, with opportunities for permanent progression.Day Shift:7:00 AM startAfternoon Shift:3:00 PM startNight Shift:11PM startKey Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, and assemble food in line with client and flight specifications, including dietary requirements.Follow written instructions/ recipesRepetitive lifting and manual handling up to 25kgMaintain and adhereto HACCP and OHS policies and standards.Work under tight time constraints to meet KPIs andscheduling changesManage food production,



including stock levels and quantitiesConduct quality control checks throughout productionSupervise and coordinate the work of Catering AssistantsTo be successful in this role, you will have:A Certificate III and IV in Commercial CookeryRecent experience in a food manufacturing or high-volume kitchen environmentSuccessfully complete a 2 hour trial onsiteFlexibilityto work a rotating roster.Availability for on-call shifts or overtime as requiredReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseFull working rights and availability in AustraliaStrong work ethic, reliability, and initiativeA passion for food and customer satisfactionThis is a fantastic career chance for a motivated individual to grow their career with a market leader.At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
