We are seeking Machine Operators / Forklift Drivers to join our Production team on a rotating roster at our Carole Park site.

Machine Operators
You will have experience and exposure within a manufacturing environment and be open to learn the necessary trade and skills to be successful.

You will be open to work across a day and night shift and also be flexible to work a rotating shift pattern.
Shift Patterns Available
4/4 Roster - 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off4/3 Roster - 4 day shifts, 3 days off, 3 night shifts

What the role involves:
Operating concrete mixing, stacking and splitting machinesSetting up and installing molds and other machine fixturesSetting grinding and cutting edgesCarry out work in a safe manner,



in accordance with Safety procedures as applicableEnsure process efficiencies are achieved and maintainedEnsure production is in line with the specified production scheduleEnsure product quality is in accordance with relevant specifications and that process checks are performed as requiredActively participate in improvement projectsManual Handling tasks are performed as part of this roleBe flexible and adaptable with a willingness to embrace shift workComplying with all WHS safety practices and procedures
What you will need:
Previous experience in a quality assurance environmentA valid Forklift License up to 8 tonneStrong mechanical aptitudeDemonstrate a knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplaceAbility to use computers for the entry and retrieval of process data and machine operationStrong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skillsAll successful candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening.
