The role offers exposure to a broad range of marketing and business activities, with plenty of variety from day to day.About the RoleWorking closely with the marketing team and Company Owner, you will provide administrative and coordination support across events, sponsorships, merchandise and marketing activities, as well as assisting with executive administration.You will help keep things organised behind the scenes — coordinating bookings, suppliers, merchandise, freight, event requirements and general administration.This role would suit someone who enjoys being busy, is comfortable working across different tasks and takes pride in getting the details right.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & EventsAssist with the coordination of racing events, trade shows, sponsorships and promotional activitiesAssist with event bookings, schedules, timelines and logisticsLiaise with suppliers, event organisers, venues and freight providersAssist with ordering and organising branded merchandise and promotional materialsMaintain merchandise stock levels and inventory recordsCoordinate freight and delivery of event equipment, merchandise and promotional materialsAssist with sponsorship activations and event preparationMaintain marketing calendars, databases and documentationAssist with invoices,



purchase orders and general marketing administrationSupport the marketing team with other projects and tasks as requiredExecutive SupportProvide administrative support to the Company OwnerAssist with coordinating travel and accommodationOrganise meetings, catering and event requirementsAssist with preparing documents, presentations and other informationHelp coordinate schedules, bookings and follow-upsComplete general administrative tasks as requiredHandle confidential information professionally and appropriatelyAbout YouYou don't need extensive experience — we're looking for someone with the right attitude, organisation and willingness to learn.You will ideally have:Some experience in administration, marketing, events, customer service or a similar environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsA positive and proactive attitudeThe ability to manage multiple tasks and changing prioritiesConfidence communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholdersGood Microsoft Office skillsA willingness to learn and take on new responsibilitiesAn interest in motorsport, racing, automotive or events is highly regardedPrevious marketing experience is not essential for the right candidate.
