and renovations,Coordinating with contractors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of facility issuesDatabase management and record keepingReceiving emails and managing the sales in-boxDrafting letters of response to clientsUpdating clients on job status via email, new jobs and variations via phone callsLiaise with external vendors, services, and subcontractors, monitoring performance and contract complianceDocument all changes, ensuring additions have been sent to the client and filed for the businessRaising purchase ordersAdminister and preparing contracts from templatesAct as the primary contact for facility-related requests, addressing concerns and maintaining professional relationships with staff and clientsWith your energy, drive, enthusiasm, and brilliant interpersonal skills, you are a natural magnet that has customers and internal staff trusting you for their administrative needs
