The ward delivers coordinated multidisciplinary care, ensuring patients receive holistic assessment, treatment, and discharge planning throughout their admission.D3 South is committed to delivering culturally protected and responsive care, particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
This includes recognising and respecting cultural values and practices, incorporating Indigenous perspectives into care delivery, and ensuring that healthcare is inclusive, respectful, and person-centred.About your role:Plan and deliver care for an allocated patient group under RN supervisionImplement care plans and risk management strategiesPerform and assist with wound care,
