A well-established 70-bed residential aged care home in Chatswood is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the clinical team in a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, AM shifts only.
One other position is availble working across a mixture of shifts.With an experienced Care Manager, onsite Clinical Educator and Nurse Specialist supporting the team, you will be joining a well-supported and fully compliant home.About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care across a 70-bed residential aged care home, including a dedicated dementia-specific unit.Reporting to an experienced Care Manager, you will work as part of a well-structured clinical team, supported by a Clinical Educator onsite Monday to Thursday and a Nurse Specialist onsite Thursday and Friday.This role combines clinical care, resident relationships, documentation and care planning, with a strong focus on maintaining consistently high standards and positive resident outcomes.The home operates with a strong clinical structure, including three RNs on AM shifts, three RNs on PM shifts and one RN overnight.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, person-centred clinical care to residents in accordance with their individual care needsMonitor residents' health and wellbeing and identify changes requiring appropriate intervention or escalationMaintain compliance with relevant aged care standards,
