They lead by example on the floor, cultivating an environment where style, service, and performance go hand in hand.Skills & Experience RequiredExperience in retail or fashion store supervision or management, with a robust focus on customer service and sales performanceStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectivelyComfortable with retail and POS technologiesHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and organised, with strong problem-solving skillsKey ResponsibilitiesLeading the team on the floor,



driving performance and an elevated customer experience, particularly during peak/ holiday periodsSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of store staffStep up to lead the store in the Store Manager's absenceDeliver an exceptional in-store experience, guiding customers through collections and styling outfits with strong product and brand knowledgeSupport day-to-day store operations, including rostering, stock management, visual merchandising (VM), and workflowEnsure visual directives and in-store standards are consistently maintainedContribute ideas to help grow the store and the broader business
