This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing a seamless front-of-house experience within a supportive and growing healthcare team.You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations across our imaging services.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule imaging appointments in line with clinical requirementsProcess imaging referrals and maintain accurate, confidential patient recordsWelcome patients and manage check-in and check-out processes efficientlyRespond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalismProvide clear preparation instructions for imaging proceduresSupport billing processes, including Medicare and private paymentsLiaise with radiologists, clinicians,
