attention to detail and a commitment to completing every installation safely and to a high standard.What You'll Be DoingInstalling timber staircases and associated components across residential and commercial sitesReading and interpreting drawings, plans and measurementsMeasuring, marking out and completing installation work accuratelyConfidently and safely using a range of hand and power toolsIdentifying and resolving practical issues during installationMaking adjustments on site when requiredWorking efficiently to meet project timeframesCollaborating with team members and other trades on siteMaintaining a clean, organised and safe work areaFollowing all workplace health and safety requirements and site proceduresAbout YouStaircase Constructions are looking for someone who:Has experience in carpentry, joinery, staircase installation or a similar tradeIs confident working across residential and commercial sitesCan accurately read and work from drawings and plansIs skilled in the safe use of hand and power toolsHas excellent attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanshipHas a practical and confident approach to problem-solvingIs reliable, punctual and organisedWorks effectively both independently and as part of a teamIs physically fit and comfortable with the demands of site-based workIs safety-focused and committed to completing work correctlyHolds a current White CardHolds a current driver licenceA relevant trade qualification would be highly regarded.
