If you take pride in producing high-quality documentation, enjoy working collaboratively and are looking for a role where you can genuinely contribute to how projects are delivered, we'd love to hear from you.You'll work closely with our engineers and designers across a diverse range of projects, helping turn design intent into clear, accurate and practical civil documentation from concept through to construction.What you'll bring3–5 years' civil drafting experience, ideally within an Australian engineering consultancyA Diploma or Certificate in CAD Drafting, or equivalent practical experienceStrong proficiency in civil drafting software and documentation workflowsA sound understanding of civil design principles, including earthworks, drainage, roads, utilities and general civil infrastructureStrong attention to detail and pride in producing clear, accurate and high-quality documentationThe ability to manage your drafting workload and deliver work in line with project milestonesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA positive attitude, strong work ethic and solutions-focused mindsetA willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the continual improvement of our drafting standards and processesUnrestricted Australian work rights at the time of applicationYour role at GroundswellPreparing civil drawings and documentation across earthworks, drainage, roads,
