Join the team shaping the future of Australia's game.This is your chance to do work that has real impact, in an organisation that moves fast, aims high and plays a meaningful role in the lives of millions across the country through football.Every role at the AFL helps progress the game, so more people can love it, connect with it and see what is possible through it.The opportunityThe Schools Participation Coordinator plays an important role in growing Australian Rules football and creating positive experiences for children and young people across Greater Sydney.Please note that this role is a Maximum Term position for 12 months.Based in Sydney, you will deliver engaging AFL programmes in schools and community settings, support local clubs and participation centres, and help more people connect with the game.Through high-quality programme delivery, promotion and stakeholder engagement, you will contribute to participation growth across Community Football, NAB AFL Auskick, NAB Superkick, School Competitions and AFL NINES.What you'll ownYou will coordinate and deliver safe, inclusive and enjoyable football experiences while supporting schools, clubs and community partners to grow participation across Greater Sydney.You'll add value through:Delivering AFL programmes in schools and after-school settings, including curriculum-linked activities, School Competitions, Auskick, Superkick, AFL NINES and all-abilities programmesSupporting junior clubs and Auskick and Superkick centres with participant recruitment, volunteers, coaching, protocols, promotion and venue hireDriving programme bookings and contributing to participation growth across Greater SydneyDelivering programmes in line with the relevant curriculum and creating safe,
