Key responsibilities
Process, pick, pack and dispatch online ordersManage inventory and monitor stock levelsCoordinate incoming stock and supplier ordersLiaise with suppliers regarding stock availability and lead timesRespond to customer enquiries by phone and emailAssist with order, freight and delivery issuesMaintain accurate product and inventory information in ShopifyKeep the dispatch and stock areas organisedWork with the team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
About you
Organised, reliable and detail-orientedConfident using computers and learning current systemsA good communicator who enjoys helping customersComfortable dealing with suppliers and following things upAble to work independently and as part of a small teamPractical, proactive and willing to get stuck inExperience with Shopify, ecommerce, inventory or automotive parts is an advantage, but not essential
