Our focus is simple - People First, Move Together, We Do What We Say and Go Beyond.We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our Sarina team and play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store.About the RoleAs Retail Manager, you will help lead the retail operations of the store, support and develop the team, and ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.This is a ***** hour per week role, working across 4-5 days, with flexibility around the hours worked.
We are open to arrangements that may suit someone looking for school-hours work, such as approximately 9am-3pm, or another mutually suitable schedule.The hours and roster can be discussed based on the right candidate and the needs of the store.What You'll DoLead, support and motivate the retail team to deliver outstanding customer serviceOversee the day-to-day retail operations of the storeHelp drive sales, promotions and retail performanceMaintain high standards of presentation, merchandising and customer experienceMonitor stock levels, inventory and product availabilitySupport staff training,



development and performanceAssist with rostering and team coordinationHandle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionallyEnsure the store operates in line with company policies, procedures and relevant health and safety requirementsWork closely with the Pharmacist in Charge and wider store team to achieve the store's goalsIdentify opportunities to improve the store, team and customer experienceWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Has previous retail management or leadership experienceIs confident leading, supporting and developing a teamHas strong communication and interpersonal skillsIs organised and able to manage competing prioritiesHas a genuine focus on delivering excellent customer serviceIs comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environmentHas good computer and point-of-sale skillsTakes ownership and follows through on commitmentsIs positive, approachable and enjoys being part of a teamIs aligned with our values and puts people firstExperience in pharmacy, health, beauty or community retail would be highly regarded, but we are also open to experienced retail leaders from other industries.Why Join Us?
