You'll be the engine room of our office — first point of contact for inbound enquiries, responsible for converting leads into booked jobs, following up on open quotes, and helping customers find the right finance option for larger purchases.
You'll also manage warranty claims end-to-end, keeping customers informed and seeing things through to resolution.
When the Directors are out on the road, you hold the fort.
