This role offers a genuine industry prospect with real responsibility from day one, primarily focused on project administration and general administrative support.Key responsibilitiesSetting up and maintaining project files, records and documentationPreparing and version controlling SWMS and site safety documentation from existing templatesMaintaining safety records including inductions, licences, tickets and competency trackingBooking and managing site induction portalsAssisting with subcontractor documentation, insurances and compliance verificationSupporting the operations director and project managers with day to day project coordinationAssisting with client and site correspondenceCollecting and checking site timesheets for payroll processingScheduling meetings and taking minutes when requiredHandling incoming calls and correspondence and providing administration support to the manufacturing team, project managers and senior managementAbout youGraduate in construction management, project management, WHS,
