This is a Monday to Friday role working out of our Hendra roastery, where you'll play a central part in bringing our coffees to life.Day to day, you'll be:Operating and monitoring our roasting equipment to produce consistent, high-quality resultsFollowing and refining roast profiles in line with our quality standardsSupporting green coffee intake, batch scheduling, and production planningContributing to quality control, cupping, and sensory evaluationKeeping the roastery organised, clean,

You've spent time behind a roaster and you understand that consistency and attention to detail aren't just nice to have, they're everything.You'll bring:Demonstrated experience in a production roasting roleA solid understanding of roast profiling and quality controlA reliable, professional work ethic and the ability to manage your time wellA collaborative attitude.
