Electrical Tradesman / Leading Hand/TA – Warehousing & Commercial ConstructionAs a Leading Hand, you'll play a key role in delivering medium to large commercial and industrial fit out projects across Sydney.
You'll supervise electricians and apprentices, coordinate daily activities, and ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is a permanent full time position based in Silverwater, NSW.
Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Overtime: Compensated overtime + occasional Saturday work available.Key responsibilitiesLead and supervise electricians and apprentices on active project sitesCoordinate daily tasks, assign work, and manage schedulesAssist with project planning, staging, and progress reportingEnsure strict OH&S; compliance and uphold client expectationsPerform and oversee electrical installations, repairs, and maintenanceTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on siteConduct safety inspections and lead toolbox talksLiaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clientsProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staffMonitor material usage, equipment,
