Your duties include:Specialist Liaison:



Managing the complex appointment books and workflows for our five Prosthodontists.Patient Concierge: Providing a high-end experience via phone and email for our diverse patient base.Financial Management: Processing HICAPS claims and overseeing account management with precision.Clinical Synergy: Coordinating with clinicians, dental nurses, and administrative staff to ensure the seamless running of the clinic.About YouYou are a proactive professional who understands that in a large specialist clinic, coordination and etiquette are everything.Proven Experience: A solid background in dental administration is essential.Multi-Tasking Expert: Capable of managing multiple clinicians' needs simultaneously while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.Communication Style: Polished verbal and written skills with a "can-do" attitude.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office.
Experience with EXACT (SOE) is highly regarded.Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or hold an appropriate work visa to be eligible for this position.
