This is an excellent chance for an experienced carpenter to work on new build residential homes in North Brisbane and some occasional commercial projects in Caloundra.Key responsibilitiesExecute carpentry work to professional standards, including framing, structural work, timber finishing, and custom installationsRead and interpret architectural plans and specifications accurately to ensure work is completed to design requirementsMeasure, cut, shape and assemble timber and timber products using both hand tools and power toolsInstall doors and windows with precision and attention to detailMaintain and prepare work areas to ensure safety, cleanliness and efficiency on-siteConduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with project standards and client expectationsCommunicate effectively with project supervisors,



clients and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and resolve any on-site issuesAdhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies at all timesMaintain tools and equipment in good working conditionValid driver's licence and own reliable transportWhite cardProven experience working as a qualified carpenter in residential and/or commercial construction environmentsProficiency with both hand tools and power tools, including circular saws, nail guns, sanders and other standard carpentry equipmentAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans and technical specificationsReliable, punctual and professional approach to work with a strong work ethicAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a construction teamAbout usJaxley Constructions PTY LTD is a respected construction company based in North Brisbane, Queensland, specialising in new build residential and commercial building projects.
