This is a great prospect for someone with administration, workers compensation, return-to-work or injury management experience looking to grow their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.About the RoleReporting to the Group Manager Health & Wellbeing, you'll provide administrative and coordination support across workplace injury management and workers compensation activities, helping employees through their recovery and return-to-work journey.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport workers compensation and injury management claimsMaintain employee records, medical documentation and claim filesLiaise with employees, medical providers, rehabilitation consultants and insurersAssist with return-to-work coordination and injury management processesProvide administrative support across the Health & Wellbeing functionPrepare reports,



meeting notes and correspondenceBuild positive relationships with operational teams and key stakeholdersAbout YouPrevious administration experience, ideally within workers compensation, injury management, HR or a similar fieldStrong organisational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of workers compensation legislation is advantageousA proactive and customer-focused approachWhat's on Offer?
