We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Chef to join our busy Kitchen with a excellent work/life balance of a 38 hour week across 4 days.We need a qualified and experienced Chef/Cook who canDemonstrate a strong work ethic and work as part of a teamSupport the day-to-day control of food production ensuring that the quality and presentation is exemplary.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsEnsure enough quantity of all menu items are prepared as per the menu specificationsAssist in ordering and organisation of food preparation and stock controlMaintain accurate stock control records in relation to stock on handFacilitate accurate stock rotation to minimize wasteBe available to work across a weekly roster, including days, Nights, weekends and public holidaysBe passionate about food and customer serviceHave a strong focus on hygiene, quality and safety, and comply with all company policies and procedures at all timesHave a committed service mentality,
