Àerre is one of Australia's fastest-growing fragrance brands, creating high-quality perfumes inspired by iconic luxury scents — without the luxury price tag.With a growing online presence and retail kiosks across Australia, we're expanding our team and looking for three ambitious, sales-driven Retail Store Managers to lead our high-performing retail kiosks at Queens Plaza, Carindale, and Indooroopilly.This is not a behind-the-scenes management role.
We're looking for someone who loves being on the sales floor, thrives on hitting targets and knows how to get the best out of a team.About the RoleAs Retail Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your kiosk and lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.You'll set the pace on the floor, coach your team in real time, drive customer engagement and ensure every customer receives an exceptional Àerre fragrance experience.You'll be responsible for:Lead and motivate the team to hit and exceed sales targetsDrive sales, conversion and KPI performance on the floorLead by example with strong personal selling and customer engagementCoach the team on selling, upselling and fragrance recommendationsSet daily goals, monitor performance and act quickly to improve resultsBuild a high-energy, accountable and customer-focused teamManage rosters, training and day-to-day kiosk operations including stock managementMaintain Àerre's premium presentation, VM and customer experience standardsManage customer issues and escort where requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is naturally confident,

Fragrance experience is not essential.
