With over 50 years of collective industry experience, our client is an industry-leading Australian manufacturer specialising in tableting, encapsulation, blistering, and packaging.They are currently seeking an experienced Coating Operator to join their dynamic production team.Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Setup & Operation: Set up machinery according to strict procedure parameters and operate coating equipment for vitamins and tablets.Batch Preparation: Read and comprehend production instructions, collect all required raw materials/equipment, and identify correct line components.Quality Assurance: Visually verify that ingredients meet standards and inspect finished coated products for quality, reporting any defects or color variances to leadership or maintenance.Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow OHS/WHSE requirements, safety protocols,



and maintain clean work areas.Key RequirementsExperience: Proven experience in coating machine operation or similar manufacturing machinery (pharmaceutical or food manufacturing background preferred).
Skills: Solid attention to detail, ability to read and follow detailed procedures, and color-matching experience (highly regarded).
Physical Capability: Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 20kg.Work Rights & Gear: Unrestricted working rights in Australia, plus your own high-vis vest and steel-capped safety boots.Flexibility: Ability to work independently and adaptable to future shift needs (e.g., night shift if required).
